At NutMil, we take pride in delivering handpicked, 100% natural dry fruits and nuts fresh to your doorstep. Since we currently serve Kozhikode city through our own in-house delivery team (we do not use third-party courier partners), we're able to offer fast, same-day delivery within our service area. We currently deliver only within Kozhikode city. If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable pin codes, this will be indicated at checkout, and unfortunately we won't be able to process the order at this time. We're working on expanding our delivery radius — follow us on Instagram for updates.
Once your order is placed, it is handpicked, quality-checked, and packed with care before being handed to our delivery team. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message once your order is out for delivery.
Since deliveries are handled in-house, you can track your order status by contacting us directly on WhatsApp or phone. We'll keep you updated on the expected delivery time for your order.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If our delivery executive is unable to reach you or deliver the package due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or unreachable phone number, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being cancelled, with delivery charges (if any) non-refundable.
We package all our products carefully to preserve freshness and quality. If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 94470 62780 or nutmil2@gmail.com, along with a photo of the item, so we can resolve it quickly.
